The three mobile phones used by Ministers in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister belong to my Rt. Hon. Friends the Deputy Prime Minister, the Member for Greenwich and Woolwich (Mr. Raynsford) and the Member for Hornsey and Wood Green (Mrs. Roche).
