§ Dr. MoonieAny members of the Armed Forces, including medical personnel, returning from the Gulf with mental health problems will receive appropriate medical treatment from within the Defence Medical Services or the NHS. In the United Kingdom, the mental health needs of their families and carers are the responsibility of the NHS. The Ministry of Defence would be responsible for the mental health care of their dependants if they were stationed overseas.
