§ Mr. Charles ClarkeI have appointed Sir Andrew Foster as Chairman of the Bureaucracy Review Group. Sir Andrew's appointment was formally announced by my hon. Friend the Minister (Margaret Hodge) at the Learning and Skills Development Agency Summer Conference on 10 June. The remaining members of the group will be appointed by the end of July and I will ask officials to write to the hon. Gentleman with their names as soon as this is possible.
