§ Mr. Stephen TwiggSchools are encouraged to follow the Department's guidance on nutritional standards. However, it is the responsibility of the LEA, or schools with delegated budgets, to decide on the suppliers and quality of the products they use in the preparation of school meals.
It is extremely regrettable that this has happened.
