§ Paul GogginsThe Criminal Records Bureau wrote to Mrs Payton on 19 May 2003 and advised her she had now been approved as a Countersignatory for Sutton Borough Volunteer Bureau. A confirmation letter quoting the required Countersignatory reference number was then issued on 22 May 2003.
