§ Hilary BennThe ratio of total aid to Gross National Income (GNI), which is the statistic normally used to measure aid performance, has been as follows over the last three years:

The low figure in 2002 was due to the lack of any contribution to IDA in that year, caused by delay in completing negotiation and ratification of the thirteenth replenishment.
