§ Mr. RammellNigeria had federal and presidential elections in April and May 2003. The new Government has not yet been formed, but we will raise our concerns as soon as it is practicable. Amina Lawal's next appeal should have been heard by the Katsina State Sharia Court of Appeal on 3 June 2003, but has now been postponed to 27 August 2003.
