To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many offenders have been subjected to a drug treatment and testing order in each year since it was introduced; and how many of these have re-offended during the period of the drug treatment and testing order. [124864]

The number of drug treatment and testing orders (DTTOs) commenced in each year since the order was rolled-out to courts in England and Wales in October 2000 is as follows:
