§ Mrs. McGuireAs stated in the Scotland Office Departmental Report 2003 (Cm 5927), it was decided in the 2002 Spending Review that the Scotland Office would no longer require a formal Service Delivery Agreement. The Scotland Office takes account of the United Kingdom's commitments arising from the World Summit on sustainable development.
