§ Mr. HuttonThe health and safety of national health service premises is a matter for individual NHS trusts. The Department of Health will be issuing a NHS Occupational Health and Safety Strategy for England in the autumn this year in response to the National Audit Office report, "A Safer Place to Work: Improving the management of health and safety risks to staff in NHS trusts".
