§ Mr. MilibandIn the analysis of local education authorities' (LEAs') budget returns published by my Department on 2 May, 19 LEAs were shown as failing to pass on, or passport, the full increase in their Schools Formula Spending Share to their schools budgets. My Department has been in touch with a number of these and as a result of connected figures or decisions by LEAs to increase spending on schools.
