§ Mr. McNultyMinisters have regular contact with the Strategic Rail Authority over all aspects of their business. The Authority have recently announced that west coast trains will begin to serve Edinburgh from 2005. The Authority are also considering upgrade options for the east coast main line, on which they will consult later this year.
