§ Mr. CabornDCMS has responsibilities under the UNESCO World Heritage Convention with regard to Henderson Island (South Pacific Ocean), Cough Island (South Atlantic Ocean) and the Historic Town of St. George, Bermuda, World Heritage Sites. This Department has also provided advice to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on Gibraltar's draft legislation relating to the Television Without Frontiers Directive (89/552/EEC as amended by 97/36/EC).
