To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) what the cost is of the Acute Hospital Portfolio survey by the Audit Commission; and if he will make a statement; [125563]

(2) if he will place a copy of the Compare CD rom by the Audit Commission, detailing performance of primary care trusts under the Acute Hospital Portfolio in the Library. [125564]
