§ Mr. RammellOfficials in Rabat raised our concerns about Ali Lmrabet's detention with the Moroccan Government at official and Ministerial level. The EU Presidency in Rabat also spoke formally to the Moroccans concerning Ali Lmrabet's state of health. We will continue to monitor the situation.
