The draft Budget (No.2) (NI) Order 2003 reflects the position for 2003–04 as contained in the Budget 2003–2006 document, published in December 2002. These plans included, and improved upon, the increases for Health and Education contained in the NI Executive's draft Budget, published on 24 September 2002.
