§ Mr. McNultyThe requirement on airlines to present their passengers to the control authorities at the port of arrival in the United Kingdom is contained in immigration legislation and is the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary. No assessment has been made by my Department of the cost to airlines or of any comparable charges in other countries.
