§ Mr. IngramNo allegations concerning the destruction of documents and evidence have been put to the Ministry of Defence. If, however, such allegations were made it would be for the police to investigate the matter in the first instance and consider whether charges should be brought. The Department would, as is its policy and practice, co-operate fully with any such investigation.
