§ Mr. Mike O'BrienThe DTI has not been party to any Government to Government loans between the UK and Iraq. However, unrecovered claims resulting from ECGD insuring UK exports or guaranteeing related commercial loans prior to 1991 on Iraq currently amount to £623million.
