§ Mr. RammellGovernment Hospitality (GH) Section does not record the origin of food and drink served at the events for which it is responsible. However, Government Hospitality maintains a policy of encouraging all its suppliers to make maximum use of fresh British seasonal produce. English and Welsh wines are also stocked in the Government wine cellar, for which GH is responsible.
