Beverley Hughes

Information on the numbers of refusals at initial decision, cases for which deportation is pending and removals relating to persons living in particular areas of the UK is not available. Deportations are a specific subset of removals alongside persons subject to administrative removal, removal due to illegal entry action or those refused entry at port and subsequently removed. The requested information, for cases where the information is available, could be obtained only at disproportionate cost by examination of individual case records.
