§ Dr. MoonieThe Ministry of Defence has negotiated a four year pay settlement which includes significant reform in line with the Modernising Government agenda, introducing automatic pay progression and focusing performance related pay on bonuses. Similar agreements were negotiated with both industrial and non-industrial staff.
