§ Mr. JamiesonOur response to five multi modal studies, including the West Midlands to North West (MEDMAN) study was announced on 10 December 2002 both in an Oral statement to the House of Commons and Press Notice.
The letter which we sent to the West Midlands Regional Planning Body concerning MIDMAN was copied to all constituency MPs in the West Midlands as part of the briefing pack covering the announcement.
