§ Mr. RammellThe Foreign and Commonwealth Office has participated in regular cross-Whitehall discussions on the security of energy supply, most importantly, in the context of the Energy White Paper.
The FCO has had regular bilateral and multilateral discussions on a range of energy issues, including the security of energy supplies, with both energy producing and energy consuming countries.
