§ Ruth KellyAs shown in table B 15 of the pre-Budget report 2002, the allocations to the capital modernisation fund are £1.2 billion, £0.9 billion and –1 billion in 2003–04, 2004–05 and 2005–06 respectively.
Of the £1.2 billion in 2003–04, £0.8 billion has already been allocated to Departments.
