§ Mr. RammellThe deputy high commissioner in Nairobi attended the opening ceremony of the Somalia National Reconciliation Conference on 15 October 2002 in Eldoret, Kenya. Experts from the U K attended some of the early sessions of the conference and we have had an expert in Eldoret since 2 December 2002.
