§ John HealeyBurma is known to be a source of two of the narcotics that would be considered illegal if trafficked into the UK—heroin and methamphetamine. However there was no evidence in 2002, either from Customs and Excise intelligence or from analysis of samples of seized drugs, that any of these narcotics on the UK streets could be traced back to Burma.
