§ Mr. Bob AinsworthJoint meetings of the technical sub-committee and the research sub-committee of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs took place on 1 November 2001 and 15 January 2002. The meetings were held respectively at the main Home Office building, Queen Anne's Gate and St. Ermin's Hotel, Caxton street, London.

The report was approved by the full Council at its meeting on 15 January 2002. In accordance with normal Council procedures, no vote was taken.
