§ Baroness AmosIn general, United Kingdom employment law does not apply to employees of the United Nations or the specialised agencies of the United Nations; those bodies generally have internal regulations relating to employment contracts. The United Nations and specialised agencies have immunity from suit and legal process as set out in the International Organisations Act 1968 and legislation made thereunder.
