When they expect to provide the drafts of regulations to be proposed under Parts 2 and 3 of the Employment Act 2002. [HL1375]

We expect to carry out parallel consultations on draft regulations under Parts 2 and 3 of this Act over the summer, with a view to placing them before Parliament in the autumn, to come into effect in April 2004.
