§ Mr. CaplinThe site development for Portsdown West and Porton Down will provide the opportunity to improve the energy efficiency of its built environment and therefore the planning will consider the use of renewable energy sources, including wind turbines.
All development plans will be subject to statutory consultations and the approval of relevant stakeholders, including the local planning authority.
