§ Mr. McNultyThe Government's latest spending plans for London were set out in the Ten Year Plan for Transport, and its subsequent progress report "Delivering Better Transport". Spending plans and priorities are regularly reviewed. We will consider the case for additional resources put forward by TfL in their latest business plan in the run-up to next year's spending review, as well as the Mayor's emerging London Plan, which sets out his vision of the development of London over the next 15–20 years.
