§ Mr. IngramFollowing my announcement on the 10 September 2003,Official Report, columns 26–27WS. I placed a summary of the conclusions from the End to End (E2E) Review in the Library of the House. The review was wide-ranging and work is now being undertaken to determine how best to achieve the E2E objectives. This includes a Demonstration Phase designed to test the conclusions of the Review. It is too early to predict what the final outcome of this work will be. I shall keep the House informed of progress as this work continues.
