In 2002 and to date in 2003, the percentage of(a) primary and (b) secondary legislation sponsored by the Department for Education and Skills introduced to implement EU requirements is as follows:

  1. (a) per cent. Primary legislation
  2. (b) 1.2 per cent. Secondary legislation.
