§ Baroness Scotland of AsthalThe high intensity training programme is currently being run at Thorn Cross young offender institution. Funds were allocated from the Spending Review 2000 settlement to extend the programme to Deerbolt young offender institution. The planning for the extension and related reconstruction work is under way and the programme is planned to start in June 2004.
