§ Baroness AmosThe Secretary of State for Northern Ireland and the Irish Minister for Foreign Affairs wrote jointly to the parties in the Assembly on 2 December 2003 inviting them to submit views in regard to the agenda and conduct of the review. In the light of the views received from the parties, the two Governments will then finalise and present proposals in early January.
