§ Mr. Mike O'BrienOfficials from the British High Commission in Dhaka regularly raise discrimination against religious minorities and other human rights concerns with the authorities. While I have not personally raised the issue, our High Commissioner did so with the Acting Foreign Secretary on 6 November 2003.
