asked Her Majesty's Government: What is their latest estimate of the number of individuals who would be affected if the proposed pension cap of £1.4 million were implemented in 2003–04; and, assuming annual rates of inflation of 2.5 per cent and average earnings of 3.5 per cent, how many individuals would be affected in 2008–09; 2013–14; and 2018–19.
