§ The Prime MinisterThe Labour Party is consulting its members and the wider community on the Government's progress and challenges ahead. This is a party document and has been issued by the Labour Party. No civil servants have been seconded to work on the consultation process.
However Ministers and special advisers have of course participated in this process according to the rules laid out in the Ministerial Code and the Special Advisers Code.
