Whether they will list the names of organisations which responded to the Health and Safety Executive's consultation on a levy charge for railway safety activities, which closed in December 2002. [HL2563]
§ Lord Macdonald of TradestonThe Health and Safety Executive (HSE) conducted a consultation exercise on the principle of a rail levy between 29 November and 20 December 2002. The Health and Safety Commission (HSC) discussed a paper outlining the results of the consultation, including details of those who responded, at a meeting on 14 January 2003. A copy of this paper has been placed in the House of Lords Library.
