§ Dr. John ReidNo. Monthly and annual lists of Statutory Publications are compiled for the Queen's Printer and published by The Stationery Office Ltd. which include details of all new primary and secondary legislation. The information provided includes the coming into force date for all secondary legislation. The commencement dates of primary legislation are set out in either primary or secondary legislation, and are therefore already published by the Queen's Printer (and accessible via www.hmso.gov.uk).
There are also a variety of commercial publications which distil and re-present the information published by the Queen's Printer, and there seems to be no need to supplement them.
