§ Dr. John ReidThe Privy Council Office is committed to helping its staff achieve a reasonable work-life balance. Part-time working is an option within my Department's flexible working scheme, which was in place before the Directive came into force. The scheme guarantees that all staff are treated equally favourably as regards their contractual terms and conditions, whatever their preferred working pattern.
