§ Dr. MoonieI have assumed that the hon Gentleman's question refers to the recent decision to designate West Freugh as a campaigned site, which includes the Luce Bay bombing range. On this basis, I can confirm that there has been no resulting effect on the Department's operations. There has been no separate environmental designation by the Ministry of Defence.
