§ Mr. MorleyThere have been four separate Agriculture and Fisheries Council discussions of the Commission's proposals for reform of the Common Agricultural Policy since their publication on 22 January. Good progress has also been made on the technical issues in Working Group. We continue to support the Presidency and Commission in seeking a successful conclusion to negotiations in June.
