§ Mr. MorleyOn Thursday 13 March 2003 the High Court gave judgment quashing the Fur Farming (Compensation Scheme) (England) Order 2002. The Government's view is that the compensation scheme conforms with Human Rights legislation. An application has been made to appeal.
