§ Mr. JamiesonSRA outturn expenditure for rail freight facilities grants in 2001–02 was £32.8 million. Its current outturn estimate for 2002–03 is £27.8 million.
Indicative SRA budgets for freight facilities grants in 2003–04 and 2004–05 are £20 million per year.
