§ Mr. RammellMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary has had regular discussions with EU partners about North Korea's nuclear programmes, including at the General Affairs and External Relations Council, since the issue arose in October last year. The EU has clearly stated its willingness to contribute to a durable and lasting settlement for peace on the Korean Peninsula.
