§ Maria EagleThe DWP is committed to fair pay across the Department and all of its component parts. Equal pay audits have been completed across all parts of the Department in the last 18 months. The main findings were that our policies are not discriminatory and no significant issues were identified in terms of their application. We will continue to ensure our policies arid processes are designed to promote equality.
