§ Mr. JamiesonMinisters have frequent discussions with representatives of the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC), al: which a range of issues have been discussed, including their proposals for the use of the South East Network card. The availability of rail cards are not regulated. Decisions on its availability and conditions of use are therefore a matter for the train operators.
