§ Mr. AlexanderThis information is not held centrally. Individual Ministers, supported by their Departments are responsible for making their own appointments. For my own Department during 2002, six new appointments and 21 re-appointments were made to non-departmental public bodies for which the Cabinet Office was responsible. All were made to boards of public bodies whose headquarters are in London.
